Title (Project Name): Powerhouse 95 Phase II Project 

Description: Powerhouse95, LLC (applicant) has applied for an individual permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. §1344) for impacts associated with the proposed Powerhouse 95 Phase II project located in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. The project site consists of 11 parcels of land and two areas of road right-of-way totaling approximately 289-acres located along Cosner Drive, Mills Drive, and Davenport Road. The project site is further identified by Spotsylvania County GPIN#s: 7776-65-9520, 7776-53-8636, 7776-55-4531, 7776-55-8133, 7776-54-7452, 7776-54-7010,7776-54-7010, 7776-73-7495, 7776-72-9625, 7776-70-9223, and 7776-64-1706.  The first phase of the development, which is currently under construction, consists of four buildings, equipment yards adjacent to the buildings, a substation, onsite water storage and treatment facilities, stormwater management facilities, parking areas, roadways and necessary utilities. The second phase will include three buildings, one substation pad, and associated infrastructure and stormwater management facilities. The applicant certifies that the project is consistent with the enforceable policies of the Virginia Coastal Zone Management Program. The proposed project is subject to review for consistency with the enforceable policies of the program.
