C107 form Part 1 - Signing on line 1

If you are signing the C107 form (Part1) on signature line 1, no DEQ certification is required, but VDOT ESCCC training is required.

This group typically includes Consultant Contractors.

C107 form Part 1 - Signing on line 2

If you are signing the C107 form (Part 1) on Signature Line 2, DEQ Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector certification is required. Please visit VDOT U Virtual Campus to register.

This group typically includes Consultant Engineer Inspectors (CEI), Quality Assurance Managers (QAM), Quality Assurance Inspectors (QAI) and VDOT State Employees.

C107 form Part 2

If you are signing the C107 form (Part 2), both DEQ Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector, and DEQ Stormwater Management Inspector certifications are required. Please visit VDOT U Virtual Campus to register.

This group typically includes VDOT State Employees.
