The Virginia Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund (VCWRLF) provides low interest loans to local governments in order to protect or improve water quality by:

• Directly establishing living shorelines themselves.
• Establishing a local government funding program for individual citizens to establish living shorelines on their properties.
