Description: A community engagement meeting will be held to discuss the development of an advance restoration plan for Horsepen Creek, Little Roanoke Creek, and the unnamed tributary to Spencer Creek (Hatchets Branch) in Charlotte County. The meeting will discuss recommendations on implementation strategies, associated costs, outreach, funding opportunities, implementation timeline, sediment and phosphorus reduction goals, and begin discussing the draft report. The plan will establish goals to address aquatic life impairments in all three streams.
