Purpose of the meeting

A public hearing to receive comments on the amendments to the Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Regulation (9 VAC 25-875) to change the statewide permit fee schedule in accordance with Chapter 2 of the 2024 Special Session I Acts of Assembly. The public comment period is 8/11/25- 10/10/2025.
